CANCELLATION Policy

All fingerprinting appointments must be scheduled in advance and we are not currently offering any walk-in appointments. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please ensure to do so within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time otherwise you may be subject to a penalty fee for rescheduling the appointment. 

Should you schedule an appointment and not show up without prior notice or attempt to reschedule, you will not be issued any refund as you have booked and paid for the aforementioned. Subsequently if you wish to reschedule your appointment after not showing up to the initially booked time you will be subject to a $30 rebooking fee. 

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please give us a minimum of 72 hours’ notice and our team will then be able to issue you a refund accordingly. If you do not provide 72 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment you may be subject to a $30 cancelation fee.  

If you schedule an appointment and do not bring 2 pieces of valid ID as per our “What you need to Provide” section of the website you will be turned away and subject to a $30 rebooking fee to reschedule an appointment with our technician.
